For IB schools in Mongolia
Students see their tests and progress. Teachers see their groups. Coordinators see everything. It all runs inside your school's own Google Workspace.
Demo data. Switch views to see what each person gets.
No new system to learn and no new accounts to manage. Kimmel EDU works with the Google tools your school already uses.
Everyone signs in with the Google account the school already gave them. No new passwords.
Student lists and marks live in your school's Google Drive. Kimmel EDU never keeps a copy.
Class groups come from Google Classroom and your IB master list, and refresh every night.
Listening and reading tests are marked automatically, with results for each class.
Each student sees their own mock results and IB grades from 1 to 7. Teachers see their groups.
Teachers check who is in each group and make small changes themselves.
This week's work, useful links and an exam overview, kept up to date by each subject's teachers.
Separate views for students, teachers, counselors and coordinators, all decided by one list of who is who.
Set up around IBDP1 and IBDP2 cohorts, HL and SL subjects, and the IB 1–7 grade scale.
Piloted at an IB school in Ulaanbaatar
Kimmel EDU began as the portal one IBDP teacher built for his own students and colleagues. It is used every week for tests, mock results and class groups.
Every school is set up in its own Google Workspace, so your coordinator stays in control of who sees what.
Tell us about your school's IBDP: how many students, which subjects, and whether you use Google Classroom. We'll plan the pilot with you.
